Please seat down

The first time I saw a bus in Germany, my exclamations were,
"Wooow..bas dia sambung²"

back to the story.
Aah.perak la jugak tgk bas tu sambung2, mcm keretapi. perak itu bunyi nya "e" pepet(ke taling?)

Anyway, whats more, the interior design of the bus is different. One of them is that the passenger seats face in the backwards direction, or if there are room enough for 4 seats, they will be facing each other. And this is something that certain people doesn't like.

"Cepat2 masuk. Amik seat." And they would rush to occupy the seats.
"Eh ubah2, train gerak arah ni," and they would request. So change places.

I initially have no qualms sitting in the opposite direction that the bus/train travels, as i don't feel dizzy like they sometime claim. However over the time, i grew accustomed to seat myself in the 'backwards' seats and tend to like it.

You see, when the vehicle start to move, instead of rushing towards you, the surrounding seem to back away. It is like 5 seconds ago you were somewhere 5 meter from you, and 10 more seconds later you were somewhere 15 meter from you. Instead of moving forward to a destination, you are moving away from where you were.
It is like time travel.

lol. It sounds like a childish statement.
But honestly if you sit backwards and stare outside, at a point and at that point, think of something. Then as you move, your point of concentration moves away, away from you. So is your thought. Your thought moves deeper into your mind, accessing further to events that happen in your life, beyond the one you think at the start.
So along the journey the mind dwells on things that happen, funny moments, sads occasions, wacky actions and other things that you can sometime only barely recall.

And the bus stops.
The end.

The end for the mind thing that is.
I don't know about everyone else, whether they have tried it or not, but sitting 'backwards' does have the effect on me. Fun, in a way
